Prior to becoming a Structural Bodyworker, I was a Speech Pathologist in the public schools for 17 years.  While I found working with kids deeply rewarding, I knew I needed a change.

I am a 2005 graduate of the Midwest Institute of Natural Healing in Kansas City, MO. Since opening my private practice, I have developed a diverse clientele with equally diverse issues.  This has allowed me to develop skills in detecting adhesions in the connective tissue or fascia in the body as well as an understanding of how to alleviate the pain and tightness.

Myofascial release is my favorite modality because of its inherent gentle, yet powerful, results!  In the years that I have been practicing this technique, I have witnessed again and again the wonders of this type of massage!

My goal is to relieve the pain that my clients have been experiencing and to create harmony with the body, mind and spirit.
